Refund policy

Returns
If you wish to return your purchase(s) you must contact me within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase it can not be returned and I can not offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all inclusions and packing slip.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Orders shipped via Proxy can not be returned or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s). If returned item(s) are received in the condition in which they were sent, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received the refund within 4 business days after it has been initiated, first check your bank or credit card account again at a later date - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received the refund within 8 business days, please contact me at customercare.animalemporium@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item(s) was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, only the purchaser may be eligible for a refund and must follow the above protocol.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
